Dispositif : À la fin du titre, supprimer les mots : « et de protection de l'enfance ». Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement vise à supprimer l'expression « et de protection de l'enfance » dans le titre de la proposition de loi, qui juxtapose deux concepts différents l'un à l'autre. La « protection de l'enfance » est définie par le code de l'action sociale et des familles comme un objectif ultime, alors que l'« assistance éducative » est un des moyens de sa mise en œuvre. De plus, l'action des départements pour la protection de l'enfance relève du droit administratif, alors que la procédure d'assistance éducative est une procédure judiciaire mise en œuvre par le juge des enfants, juge judiciaire. En conséquence, la juxtaposition de deux concepts différents ne reflète pas avec précision le contenu de la proposition de loi.
