Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement vise à supprimer la mention de "cadre d'emploi" dans le présent article. En effet, les SSSM étant composés à 96% de volontaires, les termes "cadre d'emploi" apparaissent inadaptés et pourraient les assimiler à des travailleurs au sens de la directive européenne sur le temps de travail, mettant ainsi d'avantage en danger notre modèle de sécurité civile reposant sur le volontariat. Aussi, les sous-directions santé intègrent de nombreux agents qui ne sont pas professionnels de santé (secrétaires, conducteur de véhicules, entraineurs sportifs ou spécialisés en prévention). En ce sens, il apparaît important de souligner leur appartenance à cette sous-direction au même titre que les professionnels de santé.
