Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement vise à préciser que la passerelle créée par cet article concerne l'intégration des personnels de santé des armées en tant que sapeurs-pompiers professionnels au sein des services d'incendie et de secours (SIS), à l'issue de leur carrière militaire. Cette clarification permet d'éviter toute ambiguïté avec l'engagement en tant que sapeur-pompier volontaire, qui demeure possible - et souhaitable - pour les militaires en retraite mais qui ne relève pas du dispositif d'intégration directe prévu par cet article. Cette précision est conforme à l'intention du rapporteur et garantit une meilleure lisibilité juridique du texte.
