Dispositif : Compléter cet article par un II ainsi rédigé : « II. – Dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement présente au Parlement un rapport évaluant le nombre des personnes susceptibles de bénéficier de ce dispositif. » Exposé sommaire : L'article 42 prévoit l'adaptation du CESEDA à la directive (UE) 2021/1883, visant à attirer des travailleurs hautement qualifiés de pays tiers. Bien que cette mesure puisse répondre à des besoins en compétences spécifiques, il est essentiel d'évaluer son impact potentiel sur le marché de l'emploi et les flux migratoires ; a fortiori lorsque sont également concernées les familles des ressortissants de pays tiers visés. Un rapport du Gouvernement apparaît nécessaire pour estimer le nombre de personnes susceptibles de bénéficier de ce dispositif et de venir en France. Cette évaluation permettra d'anticiper les effets économiques, sociaux et administratifs de la mesure, en tenant compte des secteurs et professions concernés. Ces données éclaireront le législateur et garantiront une mise en œuvre efficace et adaptée. Tel est l'objet du présent amendement.
