Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement vise à s'assurer de la faisabilité de la mise en œuvre des recommandations de l'audit prévu à l'alinéa 21, d'un point de vue technique mais aussi financier, pour la réduction de la consommation d'énergie des entités citées. Cet amendement vise à préciser que les recommandations en matière de diminution de consommation énergétique pour les entreprises doivent être non seulement réalisables techniquement, mais également soutenables économiquement. L'objectif est d'éviter que des exigences, bien que techniquement possibles, ne conduisent à des charges insoutenables pour certaines entreprises, risquant ainsi de compromettre leur viabilité économique. Ainsi, la mise en œuvre de telles recommandations doit impérativement tenir compte des capacités financières des entreprises et de leur contexte économique. Ce principe garantit que la transition énergétique, bien qu'indispensable, ne se fasse pas au détriment de l'équilibre financier des entreprises concernées, notamment des petites et moyennes structures. Avec cette précision, nous apportons une garantie essentielle pour que les politiques environnementales soient appliquées de manière pragmatique, juste et équilibrée.
