Exposé sommaire : Le présent amendement vise à revenir sur cet article ajouté en commission dont le dispositif contredit l'exposé des motifs de l'amendement. Si le dispositif introduit la parité au sein des fonctions électives de la MSA, l'exposé de l'amendement, lui, visait la garantie de "l'égal accès des femmes et des hommes aux fonctions électives au sein de la MSA." Cette dernière affirmation induit la présence d'une discrimination fondée sur le sexe quant à l'accès à ces fonctions : en l'état, une telle affirmation est fausse puisqu'aucune disposition législative ne limite l'accès des femmes aux fonctions électives de la MSA. Par ailleurs, l'introduction d'un critère de parité pour ces élections de la MSA pourrait ajouter de la complexité pour finaliser et présenter des listes complètes. Les agriculteurs se plaignent constamment de l'excès de normes qu'on leur impose : une telle mesure ne paraît donc pas justifiée.
