Exposé sommaire : Le présent amendement vise à lever toute ambiguïté d'interprétation susceptible de fragiliser juridiquement l'application de l'article. Les débats en commission et en séance ont fait apparaître une incertitude sur le périmètre exact de l'interdiction envisagée, certains éléments laissant entendre une possible inclusion de la vaisselle en plastique réutilisable, alors même que l'objectif initial du texte porte sur les seuls plastiques à usage unique. Afin de garantir la sécurité juridique du dispositif et de prévenir tout risque de contentieux ou d'interprétation divergente, le présent amendement précise explicitement que seules les références aux plastiques à usage unique sont concernées. Cette clarification permet de concilier l'objectif environnemental poursuivi par le texte avec une application juridiquement robuste et opérationnelle, sans extension imprévue du champ de l'interdiction.
