Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement vise à clarifier l'exercice du droit de préemption de la SAFER. Cette mesure permettrait à la SAFER de vérifier la vocation agricole réelle du bien, d'identifier les éventuelles conversions non conformes (par exemple, si le bien est transformé en terrain non agricole de manière illégale ou non conforme aux normes rurales), et de s'assurer que l'opération de cession n'a pas pour but de favoriser l'acquisition par un investisseur étranger, en s'assurant ainsi que la transaction est conforme aux principes de régulation du foncier agricole.
