Exposé sommaire : Le présent amendement vise à porter la cible de systèmes successeurs du LRU à l'horizon 2035 de 26 à 39. Cette évolution répond à un écart significatif entre le format actuel et les besoins opérationnels identifiés par l'armée de Terre. Alors que la cible officielle est fixée à 26 systèmes, les besoins réels sont estimés entre 70 et 80 afin d'assurer l'équipement cohérent de deux divisions et de l'artillerie de corps d'armée. Dans un contexte de retour des conflits de haute intensité, l'artillerie longue portée constitue une capacité déterminante, comme l'illustrent les engagements récents. Le renforcement de ce segment apparaît dès lors indispensable pour restaurer une masse critique crédible, améliorer la profondeur de frappe et garantir l'autonomie d'appréciation et d'action des forces françaises. Le relèvement proposé constitue une première étape réaliste vers un format plus conforme aux exigences opérationnelles, tout en demeurant soutenable sur le plan budgétaire, grâce aux économies proposées par le groupe Rassemblement National.
