Dispositif : Compléter l'alinéa 2 par la phrase suivante : « La mise en œuvre de cette trajectoire suppose une réorientation de certaines contributions extérieures, notamment celles versées à la Facilité européenne pour la paix, afin de garantir les marges budgétaires nécessaires à son exécution. » Exposé sommaire : Le présent amendement vise à préciser les conditions de financement de la trajectoire de réarmement prévue par la loi de programmation militaire et son actualisation. Si des montants importants sont annoncés, leur crédibilité repose sur l'existence de ressources budgétaires identifiées et mobilisables, dans un contexte de contrainte accrue sur les finances publiques. À cet égard, il apparaît nécessaire de procéder à une réorientation des priorités budgétaires, en privilégiant le financement direct des capacités des armées françaises. Les contributions versées à la Facilité européenne pour la paix financent un dispositif relevant d'un domaine qui n'est pas de la compétence de l'Union européenne, au détriment de notre souveraineté. Le présent amendement s'inscrit ainsi dans une logique de sincérisation budgétaire, en conditionnant la crédibilité de la trajectoire annoncée à des choix clairs de financement au service de la défense nationale.
