Dispositif : Compléter l'alinéa 69 par la phrase suivante : « En outre, l'effort porté sur le génie devra prendre en compte l'étude rapide d'un système de déminage pyrotechnique pour mines antichars ainsi que d'une capacité de minage antichar de zone en privilégiant des solutions françaises. » Exposé sommaire : Le rapport Blin-Hervieu de février 2026 établit deux lacunes capacitaires non adressées par la programmation en vigueur. D'une part, aucun successeur au SDPMAC n'est prévu, alors même que cette capacité de déminage antichar est jugée indispensable dans l'hypothèse d'un déploiement en Ukraine. D'autre part, la perte de la capacité de minage antichar de zone — emportée par le retrait du Matenin — n'a fait l'objet d'aucun programme de remplacement, au risque d'une perte définitive de compétence au sein des régiments. Le RETEX ukrainien rend pourtant cette capacité de nouveau centrale. Des solutions identifiées existent, sur étagère ou par adaptation sur Griffon. Le présent amendement vise à sanctuariser les lignes budgétaires nécessaires à leur concrétisation, conformément aux préconisations du rapport.
