Dispositif : Compléter l'alinéa 87 par les mots : « , ainsi que par le renforcement des capacités de détection et de couverture radar, notamment en outre-mer. » Exposé sommaire : Le présent amendement vise à compléter l'effort engagé en matière de défense sol-air par un renforcement des capacités de détection. La protection efficace des bases aériennes repose non seulement sur des effecteurs, mais également sur une couverture radar adaptée, permettant une détection précoce et une appréciation fiable de la menace. Or, certaines zones, en particulier en outre-mer, présentent encore des lacunes en la matière. En tant que rapporteur de la mission d'information sur la mobilité stratégique en outre-mer, il a été constaté que des territoires comme La Réunion ne disposent pas aujourd'hui de capacités radar pleinement adaptées aux enjeux actuels. Il est donc nécessaire de compléter l'effort capacitaire par un renforcement de ces moyens de détection, afin d'assurer une protection cohérente et efficace des emprises.
