Dispositif : Compléter l'alinéa 67 par la phrase suivante : « Par ailleurs, la robotique terrestre constitue un axe d'effort prioritaire, avec le développement et l'intégration progressive de systèmes autonomes ou téléopérés destinés à appuyer les forces en matière de reconnaissance, de logistique et de protection en environnement contesté. » Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement vise à consacrer la robotique terrestre comme un axe d'effort structurant de la transformation des capacités de l'armée de Terre. En effet, l'évolution récente des conflits met en évidence le rôle croissant des systèmes autonomes et téléopérés, en complément des capacités humaines, notamment dans les missions de reconnaissance, de logistique et d'appui en zone exposée. Dans un contexte marqué par la dronisation des opérations et l'intensification des menaces, la robotique terrestre permet de réduire l'exposition des combattants tout en améliorant la connaissance de la situation et la réactivité des unités. Dès lors, il apparaît nécessaire d'inscrire clairement cet effort dans la trajectoire capacitaire, afin d'en structurer le développement et l'appropriation par les forces. Cette disposition permettra notamment d'accélérer l'innovation, de favoriser l'intégration de solutions issues du tissu industriel et de renforcer l'efficacité opérationnelle des forces engagées. Ainsi, cet amendement participe à l'adaptation de notre modèle d'armée aux formes contemporaines de conflictualité.
