Dispositif : Après l'alinéa 20, insérer l'alinéa suivant : « Conformément à la loi de programmation militaire, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport annuel sur les exportations d'armement. Sur le modèle de la loi de programmation militaire pour les années 2014 à 2019, ce rapport est désormais adressé au Parlement au plus tard le 1 er juin de chaque année. Il porte sur l'année civile précédente. » Exposé sommaire : Par cet amendement, le groupe LFI propose d'encadrer la présentation du rapport annuel sur les exportations d'armement en fixant une échéance au gouvernement au 1er juin de chaque année. Cette disposition répond aux retards importants constatés. À titre d'exemple, le rapport portant sur l'année 2024 n'a été publié qu'en septembre 2025, alors que les informations qu'il contient sont datées du mois de juin. Or, le suivi des exportations d'armement constitue un enjeu démocratique majeur. Le Parlement doit pouvoir disposer de ces informations dans des délais compatibles avec ses travaux.
