Dispositif : Après l'alinéa 70, insérer l'alinéa suivant : « La rénovation de la flotte d'hélicoptères Tigre sera poursuivie au-delà de la cible actuelle, afin de garantir un format homogène et un niveau capacitaire suffisant. À cette fin, un nombre accru d'appareils sera porté au standard MkIII, dans la perspective d'atteindre une cible cohérente avec les besoins opérationnels à l'horizon 2045. » Exposé sommaire : La trajectoire actuelle de rénovation des hélicoptères Tigre apparaît insuffisante au regard des enjeux opérationnels et de la nécessité de maintenir une flotte homogène. En effet, la LPM prévoit une cible limitée à 14 appareils rénovés au standard MkIII à l'horizon 2035, sur une flotte totale de 67 appareils. Cette ambition contraste avec les efforts précédemment consentis pour homogénéiser la flotte, notamment à travers la transformation des Tigre HAP en Tigre HAD. Une telle limitation du nombre d'appareils rénovés ferait peser un risque de fragmentation capacitaire, de complexification du soutien et de réduction de la disponibilité opérationnelle. Par ailleurs, une cible plus ambitieuse, pouvant atteindre jusqu'à 42 appareils rénovés, avait été envisagée. Elle permettrait de garantir la pertinence opérationnelle de la flotte dans la durée, notamment dans la perspective d'engagements de haute intensité.
