Dispositif : Après l'alinéa 47, insérer l'alinéa suivant : « Le démonstrateur YODA, constitué de deux nanosatellites en orbite géostationnaire, fera l'objet d'une attention prioritaire afin de garantir son lancement dans les meilleurs délais. Ce démonstrateur est indispensable à la montée en compétence opérationnelle des forces dans le domaine de l'action dans l'espace et conditionne le développement ultérieur de la capacité opérationnelle EGIDE. » Exposé sommaire : Le développement des capacités d'action dans l'espace constitue une rupture majeure de la stratégie spatiale de défense française. À ce titre, le démonstrateur YODA, composé de deux nanosatellites patrouilleurs en orbite géostationnaire, représente une étape essentielle vers la maîtrise opérationnelle de ce nouveau champ de conflictualité. Initialement prévu pour un lancement en 2025, ce programme a fait l'objet de reports successifs. Ces décalages sont particulièrement préoccupants, dès lors qu'ils retardent la montée en compétence des opérateurs du Commandement de l'espace sur le segment « action dans l'espace ». En outre, le démonstrateur YODA constitue un précurseur direct du programme EGIDE, qui vise à doter la France d'une capacité opérationnelle complète d'intervention en orbite. Tout retard supplémentaire ferait peser un risque sur le calendrier de cette capacité stratégique. Le présent amendement vise donc à affirmer le caractère prioritaire de ce programme et à appeler à un respect strict de son calendrier, condition indispensable au maintien de l'autonomie stratégique française dans le domaine spatial.
