Dispositif : Compléter l'alinéa 25 par la phrase suivante : « Elle suppose également un effort porté pour donné aux industriels une visibilité sur leurs carnets de commande. » Exposé sommaire : La Base industrielle et technologique de défense (BITD) est au cœur de notre souveraineté. Pourtant, les industriels, en particulier les PME et ETI, continuent de subir un manque de visibilité préoccupant sur leur carnet de commandes notifié par la Direction générale de l'armement (DGA). Malgré les ambitions affichées par la loi de programmation militaire, les notifications tardives, fragmentées ou incertaines demeurent la règle. Cette situation fragilise durablement l'appareil productif, freine les investissements et complique les recrutements, au moment même où la Nation exige un effort sans précédent de montée en puissance. Ce décalage entre les objectifs affichés et les pratiques constatées n'est plus tenable. Le présent amendement vise donc à imposer une amélioration réelle de la visibilité offerte aux industriels, condition indispensable à la crédibilité de notre politique de défense et au succès de la réindustrialisation stratégique engagée.
