Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement proposé par le groupe LFI-NFP vise à éviter une contribution au phénomène d'inflation législative en s'abstenant de répéter un dispositif existant. En effet, le décret du 22 septembre 2023 modifiant l'article R. 421-5 du Code de l'urbanisme actuellement en vigueur prévoit déjà les dérogations énoncées par l'article 3 du présent texte pour les constructions à usage d'hébergement d'urgence.
