Dispositif : À l'alinéa 221, après le mot : « structurel », insérer les mots : « ainsi que du rattrapage du traitement des déchets laissés par les suites de CHIDO ». Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement vise à intégrer la gestion des déchets liés à CHIDO dans la trajectoire de rattrapage de la gestion des déchets à Mayotte. Suite aux cyclones Chido et Dikéledi, près de 10 000 tonnes de déchets ont été collectées et entreposées temporairement sur 50 sites “tampons” répartis dans l'ensemble du territoire . Ces déchets sont classés en trois catégories : ordures ménagères, déchets verts et déchets de destruction (matériaux de construction, encombrants, etc.). Le préfet a ordonné le transfert progressif des déchets ménagers vers l'ISDND de Dzoumogné, géré par le SIDEVAM, afin de limiter les risques sanitaires selon la préfecture de Mayotte. Ces déchets sont sources de pollution et vecteurs de maladie.
