Chaque jour, des kwassa-kwassa accostent sur ses côtes, apportant leur lot de drames humains, de tensions sociales et de saturation des services publics. Face à cette situation d'urgence, il est temps de dire stop à la régularisation des étrangers entrés clandestinement sur le territoire. Cet amendement propose une mesure de bon sens : à Mayotte, nul ne doit pouvoir espérer être régularisé s'il est entré illégalement, sauf cas exceptionnel dûment justifié. Il s'agit de réaffirmer un principe simple : l'illégalité ne peut pas ouvrir de droits. Mayotte fait face à une pression migratoire exceptionnelle qui déstabilise son équilibre démographique, compromet l'avenir de ses enfants, et fragilise la cohésion nationale. Ce département mérite une protection renforcée. Conformément à l'article 73 de la Constitution, qui autorise des adaptations législatives propres aux territoires ultramarins, nous devons agir avec détermination. Ce qui est proposé ici est un signal clair, fort, adressé aux passeurs comme aux filières clandestines : la France ne fermera plus les yeux. Protéger Mayotte, c'est aussi défendre la République là où elle est la plus menacée.
