Dispositif : Avant la dernière phrase de l'alinéa 170, insérer la phrase suivante : « Ce programme de construction implique également le dédoublement des classes de CP et de CE1, afin de garantir un meilleur accompagnement pédagogique. » Exposé sommaire : La réforme du dédoublement des classes de CP et CE1 en éducation prioritaire, mise en place progressivement depuis 2017 sur le territoire national, vise à améliorer la réussite des élèves en réduisant la taille des classes. Cependant, la mise en œuvre de cette réforme à Mayotte rencontre des obstacles spécifiques liés au manque d'infrastructures et de ressources. Cette configuration ne respecte pas l'esprit de la réforme, qui repose sur la réduction effective du nombre d'élèves par classe afin de faciliter un meilleur apprentissage. Au contraire, cette situation illustre un niveau de précarité inédit dans le système éducatif de Mayotte. Dans ce contexte, le programme de construction de classes prévu par le Gouvernement dans la présente loi doit impérativement inclure la généralisation du dédoublement des classes de CP et CE1. Cet amendement propose ainsi d'inscrire explicitement cette finalité dans le rapport, afin d'assurer que les investissements dans les infrastructures s'accompagnent d'une organisation pédagogique conforme aux ambitions nationales pour la réussite scolaire.
