Dispositif : I. – À la fin de la première phrase de l'alinéa 183, supprimer les mots : « et organisent les prises en charge médicales de premier recours ». II. – En conséquence, rédiger ainsi la deuxième phrase : « L'État veille à leur donner une existence juridique propre et ainsi permettre que l'autorité sanitaire puisse définir une réelle prise en charge de la politique périnatale à Mayotte. » Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement vise à mailler le territoire de Mayotte de centre périnataux de natalité destinés au suivi pré et post partum. Les quatre centres médicaux de référence (CMR) de DZOUMOGNE, KAHANI, MRAMADOUDOU et PAMANDANI pratiquent aujourd'hui des accouchements alors que le seul plateau de l'île se situe à Mamoudzou. Plutôt que de les fermer, il faut les transformer en centre périnataux de natalité, chargés : – d'assurer les consultations prénatales et postnatales, – d'animer des cours de préparation à la naissance, – de dispenser l'enseignement des soins aux nouveau‑nés, – de proposer des consultations de planification familiale.
