Dispositif : À la première phrase de l'alinéa 242, substituer aux mots : « l'extension du service militaire adapté (SMA), avec » les mots : « le renforcement et la généralisation à terme du service militaire adapté (SMA), avec l'extension du dispositif et ». Exposé sommaire : Le régiment du Service militaire adapté (SMA) à Mayotte est aujourd'hui le deuxième plus important de l'Outre-mer, avec près de 1 000 jeunes engagés chaque année. À l'horizon 2030, l'objectif est de porter les effectifs à 1 200 jeunes. Malgré sa montée en puissance, elle suppose un investissement soutenu dans les infrastructures, les ressources humaines et l'adaptation territoriale du dispositif. Cet amendement vise ainsi à fixer un objectif clair de généralisation et de renforcement du SMA à Mayotte, afin de consolider et étendre son rôle de levier d'intégration et d'insertion. Il s'agit de structurer dans la durée un outil efficace au service de la jeunesse mahoraise, en garantissant à terme une offre adaptée à l'ensemble du territoire. À Mayotte singulièrement, le SMA est un puissant vecteur d'insertion sociale, de formation professionnelle et de citoyenneté qu'il convient non seulement de préserver, mais de développer de manière ambitieuse et cohérente. Tel est l'objet du présent amendement.
