Dispositif : À la seconde phrase de l'alinéa 36, substituer aux mots : « l'augmentation » les mots : « le doublement ». Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement vise à renforcer l'ambition du Gouvernement en matière de lutte contre l'immigration clandestine par voie maritime, en précisant que l'augmentation du nombre d'intercepteurs opérationnels devra aller jusqu'au doublement de la flotte actuelle. Cette précision s'appuie sur un constat unanimement partagé par les acteurs de terrain : les intercepteurs disponibles à Mayotte sont aujourd'hui en nombre notoirement insuffisant pour assurer une surveillance continue et efficace de l'ensemble du périmètre côtier. Dans le rapport parlementaire pour avis du député Yoann Gillet (Avis n°471 - Tome VI, 23 octobre 2024) il est recommandé que pour permettre le « rideau de fer » promis par l'ancien ministre de l'Intérieur, il en faudrait au moins le double de la flotte actuelle. Ainsi, l'ajout de cette précision engage le Gouvernement à adopter une trajectoire réaliste et à la hauteur des enjeux, sans ambiguïté ni sous-dimensionnement des moyens.
