Dispositif : Après l'alinéa 173, insérer l'alinéa suivant : « L'engagement structurant de l'État consiste également à développer des services publics de transports scolaires sûrs, bus notamment, et sécuriser les déplacements des enfants. » Exposé sommaire : Si la violence à l'intérieur des établissements scolaires mahorais reste globalement contenue, elle demeure néanmoins très fréquente, voire quotidienne, en dehors des écoles, collèges et lycées. En effet, des affrontements entre « bandes » rivales y sont courants. Parmi les cibles privilégiées, les transports scolaires – notamment les bus – sont régulièrement caillassés, ce qui contribue fortement à l'insécurité générale ressentie et vécue par les Mahorais. Le rapport parlementaire n° 471 de Yoann Gillet souligne précisément cette situation préoccupante. Si l'école doit être un sanctuaire, il est essentiel que les moyens permettant d'y accéder le soient également. Dans ce contexte, cet amendement vise à renforcer la sécurité aux abords des établissements scolaires, pour garantir un accès serein et protégé à l'école.
