Dispositif : À la deuxième phrase de l'alinéa 184, substituer à l'année : « 2031 » l'année : « 2027 ». Exposé sommaire : A Mayotte, la refondation n'est pas qu'un sujet de reconstruction du bati mais aussi celui " d'atteindre de l'égalité réelle à travers la convergence économique et sociale" . Le moment est venu de réunir les partenaires sociaux du département et de voir avec eux les conditions de la mise en place de la convergence sociale en commençant par celle du du SMIC. Au 1er novembre 2024, le SMIC horaire brut a été fixé à 11,88 euros soit un montant mensuel brut de 1.801,80 euros sur la base de la durée légale du travail de 35 heures hebdomadaires en métropole, Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, et Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. Mais à Mayotte où la convergence n'est toujours pas effective, le SMIC horaire brut pour la même durée de 35 heures, est porté à 8,98 euros soit un montant mensuel brut de 1.361,97 euros, soit 439,83 euros de moins que dans le reste de la France. L'horizon de 2031 prévue pour la convergence du SMIC, reste trop lointaine, l'objet du présent amendement est donc de le rapprocher en laissant deux années pour y parvenir.
