Exposé sommaire : Mayotte est confrontée à une explosion de l'habitat illégal et à une pression migratoire sans précédent. Près de 48 % de la population est étrangère, dont une majorité en situation irrégulière. Cette situation alimente une crise grave du logement et une saturation des dispositifs sociaux. Alors que l'État investit dans la résorption de l'habitat informel, il est essentiel de garantir que ces logements bénéficient en priorité aux Français et aux étrangers en situation régulière de longue date. C'est une question de justice sociale et de cohésion nationale.
