Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement du groupe parlementaire La France Insoumise - Nouveau Front Populaire vise à renforcer le dispositif prévu à l'article 1er s'agissant de l'instauration d'une négociation obligatoire tous les quatre ans sur l'emploi et le travail des salariés expérimentés dans les branches professionnelles. En effet, le caractère contraignant ne pèse que sur l'obligation de négociation et pas sur l'obligation d'accord. Il est pourtant nécessaire de passer d'une obligation de moyens à une obligation de résultats, pour véritablement renforcer le dialogue social dans les entreprises. Tel est le sens de notre amendement.
