II. – En conséquence, à l'alinéa 7, substituer à la date : « 30 septembre 2027 » la date : « 31 décembre 2026 ». Exposé sommaire : Amendement de repli. Cet amendement vise à restreindre la durée de l'expérimentation de caméras avec traitements algorithmiques. Ce sujet, par son importance et les questions légitimes qu'il soulève, mérite d'être débattu dans le cadre d'un projet de loi spécifique à la sécurité intérieure. De surcroît, l'expérimentation proposée dans cet article doit être restreinte dans le temps. Le Parlement doit pouvoir s'exprimer sur ce sujet dans un texte autonome. Tel est le sens de cet amendement.
