Le handicap constitue encore le premier motif de saisine du Défenseur des droits en matière de discrimination. Pour éviter toute situation discriminante à l'égard des spectateurs en situation de handicap pendant les JOP 2030, cet amendement propose donc que tout volontaire en contact avec le public soit formé aux bons réflexes et aux bonnes pratiques en matière de mise en relation, de communication et d'accompagnement des personnes en situation de handicap.
