Dispositif : À la fin de l'alinéa 21, substituer aux mots : « d'une date fixée par décret, et au plus tard à compter du 1 er janvier 2027 » les mots : « de la promulgation de la présente loi ». Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement des députés socialistes et apparentés vise à prévoir une entrée en vigueur immédiate des dispositions prévoyant le caractère exécutoire de la contrainte délivrée par les URSSAF à la suite d'un constat d'une infraction au travail dissimulé, et non au plus tard 1 er janvier 2027. En effet, l'ampleur de la fraude aux cotisations sociales (7,25 milliards d'euros par an selon le HCFIPS) exige un arsenal juridique renforcé et applicable au plus tôt. Dès lors, il est proposé de pouvoir rendre exécutoire les contraintes délivrées par les URSSAF à la suite d'un constat d'une infraction au travail dissimulé dès la promulgation de la présente loi. Tel est l'objet du présent amendement.
