Exposé sommaire : Le présent sous-amendement des députés Socialistes et apparentés vise à lever toute ambiguïté dans l'objet de l'amendement en précisant bien que cette interdiction s'applique également aux enquêtes de satisfaction que des opérateurs économiques sont susceptibles de réaliser et qui participent du tourbillon de harcèlement téléphonique qui insupporte les Françaises et les Français. Notre groupe est favorable à la possibilité de réaliser des enquêtes d'intérêt public de type enquêtes INSEE mais ne souhaite pas de retour en arrière par rapport aux travaux de la commission.
