Exposé sommaire : Le présent article plafonne la rémunération des dirigeants de fédérations à trois fois le plafond de la Sécurité sociale, soit environ 137 000 euros brut annuels. L'article 1 er fixe pour les ligues un plafond aligné sur la rémunération du président du CA d'un EPIC, référence sensiblement plus basse. Deux structures soumises à la même délégation de service public ne sauraient obéir à des références différentes. L'amendement corrige cette incohérence interne au texte.
