Dispositif : À la fin, substituer à la date : « décembre 2027 » la date : « juin 2025 ». Exposé sommaire : L'expérimentation du dispositif des concours « Talents » a pris fin le 31 décembre 2024. En application de l'article 5 de l'ordonnance n° 2021-238 du 3 mars 2021 favorisant l'égalité des chances pour l'accès à certaines écoles de service public, un rapport sur ce dispositif aurait dû être remis au Parlement le 30 juin 2024. Ce rapport n'a toutefois jamais été adressé, de sorte que la représentation nationale ne dispose pas à ce jour d'éléments objectifs permettant d'en apprécier le bien fondé et de se prononcer sur la pertinence de sa prorogation. Dans ces conditions et pour disposer au plus tôt de ces éléments, il convient de prévoir la remise d'un rapport au plus tard le 30 juin 2025.
