Exposé sommaire : Le présent amendement vise à supprimer les alinéas prétendant introduire à plusieurs reprises le caractère « obligatoire » des séances d' « information et une éducation à la sexualité » prévues à l'article L. 312‑16 du code de l'éducation. En effet, ces enseignements présentent déjà un caractère obligatoire dans le droit en vigueur. Dès lors, l'ajout répété du terme « obligatoire » n'apporte aucune garantie juridique supplémentaire ni aucune modification normative effective. Cette rédaction contribue au contraire à alourdir inutilement le texte législatif par des précisions redondantes et superfétatoires, sans renforcer l'effectivité des obligations existantes. Le présent amendement poursuit ainsi un objectif de clarté, de sobriété et d'intelligibilité de la loi.
