Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement du groupe LFI prévoit que la nation se fixe comme objectif le développement des installations hydroélectriques afin d'atteindre une puissance installée d'au moins 28,7 gigawatts en 2035. La programmation pluriannuelle de l'énergie (PPE) n'ayant toujours pas été publiée par le Gouvernement, cet amendement vise ainsi à donner de la visibilité aux investissements nécessaires dans la filière. Il reprend les chiffres de la dernière PPE mise en consultation.
