Exposé sommaire : L'examen en commission des Affaires économiques de la présente proposition de loi a donné lieu à l'ajout de cet article étendant l'application du seuil de revente à perte aux produits vendus sont marque du distributeur afin d'obliger ce dernier à pratiquer une marge de 10% sur ceux-ci. Cette mesure porte une atteinte directe au pouvoir d'achat des ménages les plus modestes pour lesquelles ces marques sont essentielles afin de leur assurer un accès à de nombreuses denrées à un coût contenu. Faire entrer ces produits dans le dispositif dit "SRP+10" conduirait mécaniquement à aggraver le caractère inflationniste de ce dispositif, qui plus est en faisant peser cette augmentation des coûts principalement sur les consommateurs dont les moyens sont les moins élevés. Aussi, le présent amendement tend à revenir à la rédaction initiale du texte et au droit en vigueur sur ce point.
