Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement vise à inclure un plus grand nombre d'édifices bâtis dans le rapport en se basant sur des critères objectifs et manifestes plutôt que sur leur simple situation juridique, même si le rapport devra les distinguer. Au cours des auditions, la Direction Nationale d'Interventions Domaniales a relevé que la notion de bien "abandonné" était à préciser, cette nouvelle formulation vise à ne pas induire de confusion avec la procédure d'état d'abandon manifeste.
