L. 724‑1‑1. – Conformément à l'article L. 1424‑4 du code général des collectivités territoriales, les réservistes de sécurité civile interviennent sous la coordination opérationnelle du commandant des opérations de secours. Ils lui rendent compte de leurs actions ainsi qu'à leur autorité de gestion. » Exposé sommaire : Cet amendement vise à clarifier la position des réservistes de sécurité civile dans l'organisation des secours lors d'événements majeurs. En précisant qu'ils interviennent sous la coordination du commandant des opérations de secours (COS), il renforce la cohérence de la chaîne opérationnelle et facilite l'intégration des réservistes dans les dispositifs existants, notamment dans le cadre de l'organisation ORSEC. Cette disposition ne modifie pas la nature juridique de leur engagement, mais précise les modalités de leur mobilisation sur le terrain, pour une meilleure coordination entre les différents moyens.
