Dispositif :

    L'article L. 1411‑3 du code de la santé publique est abrogé.

Exposé sommaire :

    La Conférence nationale de santé (CNS) constituer un doublon administratif avec d'autres conseils tels notamment que la HAS et le Comité stratégique de l'innovation en santé.
    Il convient donc de la supprimer.
