Exposé sommaire :
Cet amendement poursuit un objectif de cohérence, en permettant à l'autorité de l'État centrale sur le territoire départemental en matière d'éducation, le DASEN, de mettre en demeure les parents des élèves scolarisés dans l'établissement d'inscrire leurs enfants dans un autre établissement d'enseignement scolaire dans les quinze jours suivant la notification de la mise en demeure.
